  • b. Digital Product & Online Course Refunds: Due to the nature of our digital products and services, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after the purchase has been made. If you have any issues or concerns, please email us at info@isabelleseeger.com.

Online Business Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Business Consulting, Team Management, Business Coaching, Online Courses, Digital Products, Website Design and Development, Grant Reviews and Virtual Assistant Services (this includes any tailored one on one or group support services): By purchasing any of our customized group or one on one services, you are committing to complete all payments due. No refunds will be given and full payment is required for any outstanding amounts in accordance to the payment plan you select (pay in full – immediately; payment plans as per the plan specification ie. monthly, quarterly).

If an outstanding payment is 30 days or more overdue, we will cease all services and this agreement will be placed “on hold” until you have paid the total amount owed (including administrative fees).

Consumer Guarantees

We take our obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do our best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, our liability is strictly limited to:
